Choose People by naming a company that cares.

Do you know a company where employees feel good about coming to work? A business that goes the extra mile to take care of their employees? Then please tell us about them.

Maybe you’re lucky enough to work there. Perhaps you recently bought a cup of coffee and couldn’t help noticing that every barista seemed incredibly happy. Or possibly your aunt just told you how much she loves her job. No matter the source, please share the names of potential Choose People companies with us, and we’re delighted to check them out.

We want to find these companies to reward and acknowledge them for doing the right thing. Choose People wants to help them gain consumer support for their efforts because their business practices make the world a better place.

When considering companies to nominate, ask yourself or your source that simple question worth repeating, “Do employees feel good about coming to work?” Choose People has many different ways to measure this fairly complex psychographic, but answering yes to this basic query is the essence of what we’re looking for. And if the business you nominate becomes Choose People certified, we’ll donate $100 on your behalf to your choice of one of six deserving causes for helping us identify such a great company.
