The research that supports our work…

Eight factors came out of our research collaboration with the Industrial Organizational Psychology department at Colorado State University where together.  1000 hours of research later, we uncovered what makes employees feel good about coming to work and how to measure it.

Our Story…

It all started at a moving company.  Fast forward, and in our 10 years of doing this work with teams across industries – everything from engineering to construction to manufacturing and government – here’s what we’ve discovered:  many organizations have really good intentions and want to do the right thing.  They create bowling parties, implement incentive programs and add “fun” benefits.  Unfortunately these intentions rarely make a real deal difference to their culture, to their morale and to their bottom-line.  Left with lipstick on a pig…
